1. What Pro Membership Is

RHA Pro Membership is a paid, optional digital upgrade to your free RHA account, available in four plans — 1 Month (₹49), 6 Months (₹199), 1 Year (₹399), or a one-time Lifetime (₹999) plan that never expires. It unlocks extra platform features — namely the ability to publish your own posts and create/edit campaigns — on the RHA website only. RHA Pro Membership ek paid, optional digital upgrade hai jo aapke free RHA account ke saath char plans mein milta hai — 1 Month (₹49), 6 Months (₹199), 1 Year (₹399), ya ek baar mein Lifetime (₹999) jo kabhi expire nahi hota. Yeh aapke account mein extra features unlock karta hai — jaise apni posts publish karna aur campaigns banana/edit karna — sirf RHA website par.

Basic RHA membership (ID card, manifesto access, campaign viewing) remains 100% free whether or not you take Pro Membership. Basic RHA membership (ID card, manifesto, campaign dekhna) hamesha 100% free rehti hai, Pro liya ho ya nahi.

2. What Pro Membership Is NOT

• It is not an investment, donation, or financial scheme — it does not offer any monetary return, interest, or profit of any kind. Yeh koi investment, donation ya financial scheme nahi hai — ismein koi monetary return, interest ya profit nahi milta.
• It is not a government scheme, job offer, or official government ID/document of any kind. Yeh koi government scheme, naukri ka offer, ya official government ID/document nahi hai.
• It does not guarantee any specific number of post views, likes, followers, or campaign outcomes. Isse post views, likes, followers ya campaign outcome ki koi guarantee nahi milti.
• It does not grant any political office, position, or authority within or outside RHA. Isse RHA ke andar ya bahar koi political position ya authority nahi milti.

3. Pricing, Payment & Approval

• Current prices: 1 Month — ₹49, 6 Months — ₹199, 1 Year — ₹399, and a one-time Lifetime — ₹999 plan, payable only via UPI (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm / BHIM / any UPI app). Abhi ki kimatein — 1 Month ₹49, 6 Months ₹199, 1 Year ₹399, aur ek baar mein Lifetime ₹999 — sirf UPI se payable.
• Every payment is manually verified by an admin — there is no instant/automatic activation. Approval usually takes place within ~24 hours. Har payment admin dwara manually verify ki jaati hai — koi instant/automatic activation nahi hota. Approval aam taur par ~24 ghante mein ho jaata hai.
• Pro access is valid from the date of activation for the duration of your chosen plan (1 Month / 6 Months / 1 Year), and must be renewed manually with a fresh payment before it expires — there is no auto-recurring billing. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that never expires and does not need renewal. Pro access activation ki tareekh se aapke chune gaye plan (1 Month / 6 Months / 1 Year) ki duration tak valid hota hai, aur expire hone se pehle naye payment se manually renew karna padta hai — koi auto-recurring billing nahi hoti. Lifetime plan ek baar ka payment hai jo kabhi expire nahi hota aur usko renew karne ki zaroorat nahi hai.

4. Refund Policy

• Once a Pro Membership request is approved and activated, the fee for that period is non-refundable, since this is a digital service delivered immediately upon activation. Ek baar Pro Membership request approve/activate ho jaaye, us period ka fee non-refundable hota hai, kyunki yeh digital service activation ke turant baad de di jaati hai.
• If your payment was received but Pro Membership was not activated due to a technical or verification error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or activation — raise a ticket on Helpdesk with your payment reference / UTR number. Agar aapka payment ho gaya lekin technical ya verification error ki wajah se Pro activate nahi hua, to aapko poora refund ya activation milega — apna payment reference/UTR number leke Helpdesk par ticket daalein.
• RHA does not guarantee any specific outcome from Pro Membership — it only guarantees access to the posting/campaign features for the duration of your paid plan (1 Month, 6 Months, 1 Year, or Lifetime). RHA Pro Membership se kisi specific outcome ki guarantee nahi deta — sirf aapke paid plan (1 Month, 6 Months, 1 Year, ya Lifetime) ki duration ke liye posting/campaign features ki access guarantee hoti hai.

5. Content & Moderation

All posts and campaigns submitted by Pro Members remain subject to RHA's content policy and are reviewed/approved by an admin before publishing. RHA reserves the right to reject, edit, or take down any Pro-submitted content that violates platform rules, without a refund of the membership fee already paid. Pro Members ki saari posts aur campaigns RHA ki content policy ke adheen hoti hain aur publish hone se pehle admin dwara review/approve ki jaati hain. Agar koi content platform rules todta hai, to RHA use reject, edit ya hata sakta hai, aur pehle se diya gaya membership fee refund nahi hoga.

This Pro Member Disclaimer should be read together with our full Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, both of which continue to apply to Pro Members. RHA may update Pro Membership pricing, benefits, or this disclaimer at any time; the latest version on this page will always govern.
